Delivering high-quality construction in remote communities requires a different approach to urban projects. With no access to local suppliers or backup resources, every material, tool, and piece of equipment had to be planned, sourced, and transported in advance. The challenge was not just completing the refurbishment, but doing so with precision in an environment where planning and self-sufficiency are critical to success.
We undertook detailed pre-planning and mobilised our own trucks, forklifts, and equipment to avoid delays. Our team rebuilt the duplexes inside and out, from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and finishes, with an emphasis on durability and compliance.
