The challenge was delivering a full refurbishment in just a few weeks, while working in a live hospital environment that could not afford disruption. We invested heavily in planning before works began, ensuring cabinetry was prefabricated and sequencing was locked in. Cabinetry was prefabricated off site to accelerate installation, and sequencing was organised so the kiosk could be demolished and rebuilt within the required timeframe. We worked closely with the client to resolve design details quickly, including sourcing discontinued lighting fixtures to meet the specification. Every decision was made to keep the project moving while guaranteeing compliance and quality.
